Trainings are conducted by experienced trainers:
– functional trainings
– running and outdoor military trainings
Each of the above-mentioned trainings is aimed at improving the physical condition, developing strength, endurance and agility and is adapted to the fitness level of each participant taking part in our sessions.
We will provide you with the support you need!
Functional training
Sessions are held every Friday.
Place: St George’s & Trench Telford (TF2)
Intensive circuit training, exercises performed one after the other. Each exercise is performed in a certain number of repetitions or time with a break between exercises in the form of a 50m jog. Each participant performs the exercises in order they prefer, for example starting from legs exercises, ending with the arms and the pace that they sets for themselves.
Examples of exercises:
– press-ups, crunches
– tire pull & tire push
– box jumps
– exercises with ropes and kettle bells
– hammer hit
– exercises using boxing gloves
Running and outdoor military training
Sessions are held on Mondays.
Location: areas around Ski Slope (TF7 5DZ), Wrekin (TF6 5AL) or Ironbridge (TF28 7JR)
The trainer is a professional soldier with over 20 years of experience in the army, and since 2005 in PTI. Classes are held outdoors, using the diversity of terrain (forest, hills, rivers) or close to urban architecture. Exercises varied with accessories in the form of ropes and training tubes.

Hussars know how important regeneration after hard training is, that’s why in winter period we gather every Saturday for winter swimming.
